Another fucking Blizzard (photo taken earlier today, before the weather worsened), it’s April, goddamnit. “Spring? Don’t they know about the second Winter?” Well, one does not simply ‘brace themselves’ for a second Winter. It’s supposed to be Spring.
I like when someone tries to tell me the obvious, weather-wise… “Holy crap, it’s snowing outside, Bill.” Shut up, idiot. Just shut your fucking mouth, did you hear me before? I know it’s snowing. I’ve got snowdrifts up to my waist!

It’s an interesting thought to think about. Where the world would be today without Facebook, Twitter, Instagram?
Would we take as many pictures? Would we be closer to our friends or further away? Would we know as many people, less, or more of the right people? Would businesses spend more money with older advertising methods and prosper, or hurt without the ease of getting their word out for free? Would there be more good music, or less good music getting discovered? Would less people be dating, or would there be more healthy relationships? Would we purchase less things, or have more time to work (to purchase more things)? Are the youth getting poor life lessons early on, or becoming more quickly educated?
Whatever the answers may be… It’d be a different world, that’s for sure.

As a proud fan of the band, I was shocked to hear the news of Chi’s passing. Another talented musician is gone… Chi is now in a better place, with all the music legends above.
We’ve lost one of the great ones, but his music with the Deftones will live on in all of our hearts.
My deepest thoughts go out to his family.
